The Doberman Island Republic is a small three hundred acre republic which claims Fosters Island, off the coast of Maine. This small republic was founded with the intention of providing pure equality, freedom, and justice.

The Capital of the DIR is called North Point, it is the Northern area of the Island, which is where the capital cabin of the Family of Power is located.

The Largest city is the capital city, the second largest is the South Point, which is the Agricultural centre of the country.

The currency of the DIR is called the "N.O. CASH VALUE" coin, N.O. stand for national organization, which is the national corporation for making the money, the NO CASH VALUE coin can translate into Doberman Dollar, then

into Bitcoins.

Etymology. 

Doberman Island Republic was named in a voting by the Schmit and Parks family, the Doberman Island Republic's name comes from the islands near by. "Ripley", an island off the coast of Maine, is close to Foster Island, which is where the republic is located. Ripley is the name of a doberman that the founders knew. They soon connected the fact that dobermans are strong willed, cunning, and strong animals to the country and it's people. Thus the Doberman Island Republic was voted in as the official name.

Government

The DIR's government styles itself as a Constitutional Semi-Monarchist Democratic Socialist Republic.

Citizens vote for a family to take a four year term in power, between the Schmit, Forsman, and Parks families. The citizens vote which child of which family becomes the countries leader. There are no electoral votes, the nation has an official counter count up every vote and tally them for the candidates.

People elect Man of Power Nathaniel P. to his four year term.	April 24th 2013.
Nathaniel P. releases his state of the union address to tell the people about the countries affairs and interests.	April 29th 2013.
South State threatens war on Malikeye if they do not illegalize gay marriage / rights by a specific date.	May 1st 2013.
North State takes a poll and finds that Dasmundie and Rosvino would support South State in a war.	May 2nd 2013.
North State supports Malikeye's rights, then addresses the problem to the FCN. Sniland and Sparta pledge support for Malikeye in the war effort.	May 3rd 2013.
Man of Power Nathaniel addresses the problem to his people. Jera Empire starts up Operation H-War In responce to the acts, Operation: H-War goes into affect.	May 4th 2013.

It's a military is split into three units, Ground Force, Naval Force, and Aeriel force, all under the Secretary of Government.

The Schmit family is one of the founding families of the nation, this family is credited with the creation of the first currency, and the name of the country. They are Monarchist, and are involved in many hobbies, including most of the national sports. The Schmit family is in charge of Dasmundie, the Police, and the Education system.

Parks Family

The Parks family is also one of the founding families of the nation. This family is credited for making the national wiki, website, and finding the location for the country in general. They are Marxist-Leninist but are lose on their pseudo-Communist policies, they only wish for equality. They are in charge of North State, The treasury, and the Doberman Island Republic foreign affairs ambassador.

Forsman Family

The Forsman Family is one of the founding families of the nation as well. The Forsman family is Democratic-Republican and their elder, William F. is the leader of the Military. The Forsman family is in charge of the of the military and they are also in charge of the catholic church of Doberman Island Republic.

Article 1: Bill of Rights.

1. Freedom of speech, press, media, and religion.

2. Right to own firearms, even fully automatic weapons.

9. Littering on any part of the island is strictly illegal.
